Yes. Every utility we serve meets or exceeds federal standards, and we will never tell you otherwise. What the utilities cannot do is deliver soft water or remove the disinfectant they are required to add. That is what a home system is for.

Two to four hours for the whole-home system and about an hour for the reverse osmosis unit, usually in one visit. Water is off for roughly an hour.

Add salt to the brine tank when it runs low (one or two bags a month for most families), change the sediment pre-filter every 6 to 12 months and the RO filters once a year. We offer an optional annual service visit if you would rather not.

Yes, but differently. Well water needs a certified lab test first because iron, manganese, pH and bacteria each need their own treatment step. We quote well systems after the test, not from a package price.

10 years on tanks and control valves and 1 year on workmanship. Consumables (salt, pre-filters, RO cartridges) are not covered.

The parts are the same commodity components most dealers use: a metered control valve, ion-exchange resin, catalytic carbon and an NSF-certified RO membrane. The difference is what we do not do: showrooms, commissioned in-home sales appointments and franchise fees.

Yes. We send the model numbers, tank sizes, resin volume and certifications with your quote so you can compare like for like.

Some jurisdictions require a plumbing permit for a softener installation. We handle it where required and include it in the price we quote you.

Softener regeneration water goes to a drain, not your yard. We can add an outdoor-tap bypass so hose bibs stay on unsoftened water if you prefer.

A well-maintained system adds value to a home sale. If you would rather take it with you, a plumber can remove and reinstall it.

Yes, on most common valve brands. Repairs are quoted after a look at the unit.
